WHEN do items need to be returned by?
If change mind, please return the item in unused condition within 30 days after purchasing.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Customers can return the products to our warehouse.Please find the address in "contact us" page.

HOW do customers return items?
If return approved, we can offer a return shipping lable for customer to return the parcel by freighter or couier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect all products within 7 days of delivery/collection. Any transit damage must be reported before the item is moved into the installation environment or installed. Claims will not be accepted after 7 days or once installation/positioning has commenced.
