Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after full payment is made. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Free postage is only available to the areas covered in the table in the item description.
- Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer delivery time.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout on our Shopify store.
- If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
Courier Partners:
- We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The choice of carriers used depends upon the size and weight of each item and the delivery location.
- Combined postage for different products is not available as size and weight limitations generally prevent items from being dispatched in one consignment. But feel free to contact us if you believe the goods are suitable to be shipped together.
- Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.
Postage and Handling Fees:
- Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product. Hence discounts on freight costs are not available.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes:
- Our store ships to addresses within Australia. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages:
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, these materials are helpful for when a return postage is required.
International Shipping Policy:
- We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia.
Returns and Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
- If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Agreement:
- Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.
